Our team of inspectors are very well qualified and certified. Thought there are no specific requirements in the state of Missouri as to minimum levels of qualifications for home inspectors, we at a Closer Look feel it is important that our inspectors meet and exceed requirements seen in most other states. As such our inspectors are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, a professional association that helps to maintain professional standards in the industry. Our inspectors are required to complete the Midwest Inspectors Institute education program as well as required to pass the National Home Inspectors Exam. We also have on staff certified septic tank installers and pest control applicators as well as a Micro Biologist.
