Our Inspection Credentials
Our inspectors are all certified home inspectors and very well qualified. Though there are no specific requirements in the state of Missouri for either licensure or minimum levels of qualifications for home inspectors, we at a CLOSER look home inspections feel it is important that our inspectors meet and exceed requirements seen in most other states. As such, our inspectors are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (iNACHI). This is a professional association that helps to maintain minimum standards in the industry. Our inspectors are required to complete the Midwest Inspectors Institute education program as well as passing the National Home Inspectors Exam. We also have on staff, certified septic inspectors and pest control inspectors as well as a Microbiologist. These high standards allow us to produce leading quality inspection reports for you to rely on during your real estate transaction.
