We recently changed our contact form on aclhi.com to a wufoo.com form. They are very much better looking and easier to use. Also – they actually work! I had a Dagon Form that never actually worked on my site. Yes, for about 6 months if anyone tried to submit a form on aclhi.com – it was lost. So we ditched the form for the new guys.
I apologize to anyone who sent a form and it went unanswered, but it is working perfectly now.
