24 Hour Report Delivery Guaranty
Guaranty:
We will email the inspection report(s) to the agent and the client within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection(s). Inspections completed at different times, have their own 24 hour time frames.
Restrictions:
- This guaranty does not apply to radon, water, mold, single item, or commercial inspection reports as they have shipping and analysis time frames of their own. The guaranty does only apply to home inspection, wood destroying insect (termite), and septic reports.
- The reports will be uploaded to our report delivery website, and an email will be sent to the agent and client within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. However, the client must make payment for the inspection and sign the agreement before the reports can are viewable. Our guaranty is that the reports will be ready and communicated within the 24 hours. Viewing ability will follow immediately after payment is received and our agreement is signed, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
- This guaranty does not apply to the bound book.
- 12:01 am to 11:59pm does not count against the 24 hour time frame for Sundays and all Federal Holidays.
- All time is based on GMT -6:00 (US Central Time).
- If payment is deferred past 24 hours from the completion of the inspection for any reason, the guaranty is not binding.
- Restrictions may change.
